Introduction
This mod changes all the weapons, adds many new techs, alters races; new specials, no wormholes amongst other things.
Game play is altered by other changes to the races, specials file and many others.
There are new techs all the way up to tech 60.
PSGs are now very powerful, shielding is improved and NO’s are very hard but not invincible.
