Introduction

This Mod was designed to make Easy Difficulty Level easier.

The original Easy level Difficulty modifiers consisted of: mPopGrow *= 1.
That was it!? So in plain english Easy for Moo3 is actually Average.

So I've toned the AI's levels down abit to make learning this game...well easier!

Instructions

Unzip the file, place it in a folder. Name the folder Spreadsheets.
Now place the Spreadsheets folder in your Moo3 directory in this path:
C:\Program Files\Infogrames Interactive\Master of Orion 3\GameDataSets\Classic_01\GameData\Common
You've just modded your game! How about that!
