Hi, i have a problem here. Tried even the NOCD from Chocolate, and the error keeps coming:
WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DEVICE, PATH, OR FILE. YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSIONS TO ACCESS THE ITEM The 1.25 update gives me 100% ok install, the only problem is about those nocd moo3.exe (grumoo3125 can't run either) OS: Windows 7 Can someone help me? Thanks in advance... |

1. Do you have the original cd?
2. Are you a system administrator? Your system administrator may have blocked you from running certain programs, are you able to run other games ok? -------------------- |

i just run moo3. i had no problem running it under win7
try using a window patch remember to run in 16 bit colors it wont run correctly in 32 after i closed the game i got the same message "WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE SPECIFIED DEVICE, PATH, OR FILE. Are you logged in as Admin or user?
